By accessing or using AutoFill PDF & eSign, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Use of the service
AutoFill PDF & eSign provides tools to create reusable PDF templates, autofill document fields, manage electronic signature workflows, and share documents for signing. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, devices, and shared signing links. Do not share confidential signing links with unauthorized persons.
User content
You are solely responsible for any documents, information, signatures, templates, or content uploaded, created, shared, or transmitted through the app. We do not review, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, authenticity, or enforceability of any document.
Electronic signatures
We provide tools to facilitate electronic signature workflows. You are responsible for determining whether electronic signatures obtained through the app satisfy your legal, regulatory, contractual, or business requirements. We do not provide legal advice and do not guarantee the legal validity, enforceability, or admissibility of any document or signature.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content or violate others' rights. Respect signature and document laws applicable to you.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided 'as is' to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoFill PDF & eSign and Triple J Apps Ltd shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of the app or any documents processed through the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
